ท้องฟ้าแจ่มใส อากาศเย็นสบาย ได้เวลา Jim Thompson Farm สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรและวัฒนธรรมชื่อดังในอำเภอปักธงชัย จังหวัดนครราชสีมาเปิดต้อนรับนักท่องเที่ยวอีกครั้ง โดย Jim Thompson Farm 2024 มาในธีม “อีสานเอิ้นหา” หรือ “Isan Calling” ที่จะพาทุกคนสำรวจเสน่ห์อันเรียบง่ายและทรงคุณค่าของภาคอีสาน พร้อมทั้งได้สัมผัสความงดงามของธรรมชาติ และชมศิลปะสุดอลังการ ท่ามกลางบรรยากาศอันแสนอบอุ่น สนุกสนาน และผ่อนคลาย
ไฮไลต์ห้ามพลาดของ Jim Thompson Farm 2024 คือ “Art on Farm” ที่เนรมิตฟาร์มเป็นลานศิลปะกลางทุ่ง ซึ่งในปีนี้ได้ศิลปินชั้นนำระดับตำนานถึง 18 คน จากทั้งภาคอีกสาน ภาคเหนือ ภาคกลาง และต่างแดนมาร่วมกันสร้างงานศิลป์สุดอลังการ เช่น “สนิทัศน์ ประดิษฐ์ทัศนีย์” ภูมิสถาปนิกมือรางวัล นำเสนอผลงาน “The Pilgrimage within” ที่ได้แรงบันดาลใจจากเขาพญาปราบเปี่ยม เรื่องเล่าและศรัทธาแห่งแดนอีสาน พร้อมเล่นกับแสงธรรมชาติเพื่อสร้างปรากฏการณ์กล้องทาบเงาหรือกล้องรูเข็มอันน่าทึ่ง “นักปราชญ์ อุทธโยธา” ศิลปินชาวเชียงรายจากกลุ่มศิลปินขัวศิลปะ เจ้าของผลงาน “เอิ้น (ดังๆ)” ประติมากรรมหุ่นไล่กาขนาดยักษ์ที่ออกแบบให้มีเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตัว ดึงดูดให้ผู้คนเข้ามาสัมผัสประสบการณ์แห่งการ “เอิ้นหา” ไปด้วยกัน
“ลานเสี่ยวโฮม” ซึ่งหมายถึง “ที่รวมเพื่อนรัก” ก็เป็นอีกจุดที่สนุกสนานพร้อมกันได้ทั้งครอบครัว ผู้มาเยือนจะได้พบกับเส้นทางศิลปะท่ามกลางทุ่งดอกคอสมอสที่จะเปลี่ยนการชมงานศิลปะให้เป็นเรื่องสนุกและเข้าถึงง่ายสำหรับทั้งเด็กและผู้ใหญ่ผ่านตัวละครสุดน่ารัก ทั้งยังมีงานศิลปะบนบอร์ดสังกะสีติดแม่เหล็กอะคริลิกที่รังสรรค์เป็นตัวละครและเส้นทางการเดินที่เด็กๆ สามารถขยับเล่นได้ตามจินตนาการ ตลอดเส้นทางยังมีธงพร้อมข้อความน่ารักๆ ที่ชวนให้เด็กๆ ได้ขบคิดตามและอินกับงานศิลปะยิ่งขึ้น
Jim Thompson Farm 2024 ยังมีกิจกรรมและนิทรรศการที่ชวนคุณเรียนรู้วัฒนธรรมอีสานอีกมากมาย เช่น เวทีหมอลำริมทุ่ง นิทรรศการข้าว นิทรรศการหม่อนไหม รวมถึงมีทุ่งดอกคอสมอสและดอกไม้พื้นถิ่นหลากสีที่บานสะพรั่งรับลมหนาว รอให้คุณไปถ่ายภาพสวยๆ อีกทั้งคุณยังจะได้อิ่มอร่อยกับอาหารพื้นถิ่นอีสานรสชาติแซบนัว และเลือกซื้อของฝากจากฟาร์มไปฝากคนที่คุณรัก

The sky is clear, the weather cool, and it’s time for the return of Art on the Farm at Jim Thompson Farm, a popular agro-cultural destination in Pak Thongchai, Nakhon Ratchasima. Art on the Farm 2024 takes on the theme “Isan Calling,” inviting visitors to explore the multi-faceted appeal of Northeastern Thailand, from its natural beauty to art inspired by the region, all within the warm, relaxing and fun atmosphere of the Jim Thompson Farm.
An art space opens up in a charming field, featuring works by 18 renowned artists from Northeastern, Northern and Central Thailand as well as overseas. Award-winning landscape designer Sanitas Pradittasnee presents “The Pilgrimage Within,” combining inspirations from stories of faith surrounding the Phaya Prab Piam Mountain with the wonders of pinhole camera. Chiang Rai native and a member of the Khua Silpa group, Nakprat Autthayota contributes “Eurn Dang Dang” (Call Loudly), a gigantic scarecrow sculpture designed to entice visitors to embark on the “Isan Calling” experience.
Another big draw is “Lan Xiao Home” (Friends’ Gathering Place), an art trail meant for families to explore art together through a field of cosmos dotted with adorable characters, artworks on tin boards designed to elicit engagement (especially from young participants) and thought-provoking messages.
The Jim Thompson Farm Tour offers many other highlights centered around Isan culture, including an open-air Mo Lum stage and exhibitions on rice and sericulture. All of these are set among colorful, Instagram-worthy flower fields. Local food and souvenirs are also available.
