The Bao Bao bag was originally a product from the Pleats Please Issey Miyake collection. However, with such an amazing innovative design and great functionality, it has attracted attention and gained immense popularity from its peers, leading the brand to split the product from its collection and naming it “Bao Bao Issay Miyake” in 2010. The highlight of this bag is the unique of triangular plates made from polymer material that are joined together into several square pieces on a mesh fabric which makes it strong yet flexible.
