กระเป๋าคอลเลคชัน Hammerschlag ยังเพิ่มกลิ่นอายความวินเทจด้วยการใช้มือจับดีไซน์เดียวกับกระเป๋า Rimowa Hammered Hand Case ปี 1966 โดยนำมาผลิตใหม่ในโทนสีน้ำตาลแดงคอนญัค ด้านในกระเป๋าตกแต่งหนังและพรีเมียมไนลอนสีเขียวมะกอก ชวนให้นึกถึงกระเป๋าเอกสารของหนุ่ม ๆ ในยุคร้อยกว่าปีก่อน
ความพิเศษยังไม่หมดเพียงเท่านี้ เพราะ Rimowa ได้ร่วมงานกับ นีลส์ ฟารห์ม นักเปียโนและนักประพันธ์ชื่อดังชาวเยอรมัน เพื่อถ่ายทอดลวดลายอันเป็นเอกลักษณ์ของ Rimowa Hammerschlag รวมถึงความละเอียดอ่อนและซับซ้อนในการผลิตผ่านเสน่ห์ของดนตรีและจังหวะการเคลื่อนไหวของคีย์เปียโน จนเกิดเป็นบทเพลง ‘Hammers’ อันไพเราะ และได้แสดงบทเพลงนี้เพื่อเฉลิมฉลองการเปิดตัวคอลเลคชันอย่างยิ่งใหญ่ในกรุงเบอร์ลิน

This year, Rimowa launches Hammerschlag, a vintage styled limited-edition collection inspired by an archival 1966 Rimowa design, reflecting Rimowa’s heritage and the brand’s distinguished craftsmanshift.
The German word “Hammerschlag” means “hammer carving” which perfectly represents this collection because of its bas and high reliefs-like texture as if the product was hand hammered to create a distinctively gleaming textured aluminum surface. This outstanding design by Rimowa cannot be found at any other brands.
The Hammerschlag collection also has a vintage touch by rendering the 1966 Rimowa hand carry case’s handle in a cognac-red brown tone while using a premium olive-green leather and nylon for the interior reminiscing the briefcases of young men from over a hundred years ago.
Another extraordinary part of this collection showcases a collaboration between Rimowa and a famous German pianist and composer, Niels Farhm, to convey Rimowa Hammerschlag’s signature style of subtlety and complexity in production through the charm of music and the rhythmic movements of the piano keys. This resulted in Niels Farhm’s captivating performance of the beautiful track ‘Hammers’ to celebrate the collection’s grand launch in Berlin.
There are two models in this limited collection: the Rimowa Hand-Carry Case Hammerschlag and the Rimowa Cabin Hammerschlag. Each bag has a serial number engraved on the interior leather panel. Available now at Rimowa stores and online via the brand’s website.
