To visit InterContinental Bangkok this Christmas season is to enjoy a wide variety of gourmet choices. SoCal contemporary Cantonese restaurant, led by Chef Dominic Hong, offers a Christmas menu starring Iberico pork char siu and braised African abalone with shiitake mushroom, dishes that will be even more sumptuous when paired with SoCal’s signature cocktails and mocktails. Summer Palace Chinese restaurant, meanwhile, has crafted a Christmas set menu for 10 starring Boston lobster wok-fried with dry chili and Chinese black olives, along with a vegetarian menu for those who maintain a meatless diet.
