Leading luxury property developer Scope recently released images of their ultraluxury highrise condo, Scope Thonglor. Dubbed a sky mansion, the development caters to an international clientele in search of a central-Bangkok residence that offers as much spaciousness and privacy as a private single home while also providing world-class amenities and five-star service.
With renowned Danish architect and designer Thomas Yule-Hanssen serving as design consultant, the 32-story-high condo features a timeless modern design and décor. Apparently, no expense has been spared in its creation. The building’s exterior, for example, is clad in oversized limestone and double silhouette glass panels worth over 240 million baht. Billed as the first-ever condo in Thailand to offer all-penthouse units, Scope Thonglor offers 18 units (starting at 415 sqm) in the 200 million baht – 500 million baht price range.
