กรุงเทพมหานครกำลังจะได้ต้อนรับโครงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ที่จะสร้างปรากฏการณ์ใหม่ในวงการไลฟ์สไตล์ระดับโลก นั่นคือ Porsche Design Tower Bangkok โครงการที่พักอาศัยแห่งแรกในเอเชียจาก Porsche Design และแห่งที่สามของโลก โดยในครั้งนี้ได้ร่วมมือกับ Ananda Development ไม่เพียงแต่เป็นอาคารพักอาศัย แต่ยังเป็นงานศิลปะทางสถาปัตยกรรมที่จะกลายเป็นสัญลักษณ์แห่งความหรูหราและนวัตกรรมใจกลางกรุงเทพมหานคร ทั้งยังสามารถมอบประสบการณ์การใช้ชีวิตอันน่าประทับใจให้กับเหล่านักลงทุนและคนรักความหรูหราระดับสูงสุด
Porsche Design Tower Bangkok ตั้งอยู่ที่สุขุมวิท 38 ใจกลางย่านทองหล่อ ทำเลที่ได้ชื่อว่าพรีเมียมที่สุดย่านหนึ่งของกรุงเทพฯ Porsche Design Tower Bangkok เป็นอาคารพักอาศัยสูง 21 ชั้น ด้วยความสูง 95 เมตร ประกอบด้วยห้องชุดดูเพล็กซ์และควอดเพล็กซ์สุดหรูเรียกว่า “Sky Villas” รวมทั้งสิ้น 22 ยูนิต ขนาดตั้งแต่ 525 ถึง 1,135 ตารางเมตร ซึ่งมีราคาเริ่มต้นที่ 15 ล้านดอลลาร์สหรัฐ และสูงสุดถึง 40 ล้านดอลลาร์สหรัฐ
การออกแบบของโครงการนี้ได้รับแรงบันดาลใจมาจากปรัชญาการออกแบบของผู้ก่อตั้ง Porsche ศาสตราจารย์แฟร์ดีนันท์ อเล็กซานเดอร์ พอร์เชอ ที่มุ่งเน้นการทำงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและลดทอนรูปทรงให้เหลือเพียงสิ่งจำเป็น ซึ่งจะเห็นได้จากการออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมที่โดดเด่นอย่าง “X-Frame” ที่ได้แรงบันดาลใจมาจากโครงสร้างรถยนต์คอนเซ็ปต์ Mission R และระบบประตูระเบียงอัจฉริยะที่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงพื้นที่ได้ด้วยการกดสวิตช์เดียว
จุดเด่นที่น่าสนใจที่สุดของโครงการนี้คือ “Passion Spaces” หรือพื้นที่จอดรถส่วนตัวที่ออกแบบมาอย่างพิถีพิถัน ด้วยระบบ “The Loop” ที่เป็นทางลาดเกลียวสำหรับรถยนต์ซึ่งตั้งอยู่กลางอาคาร ทำให้เจ้าของสามารถนำรถคันโปรดขึ้นไปยังห้องพักได้โดยตรง นอกจากนี้ยังมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกระดับมาตรฐานโลก เช่น สระว่ายน้ำขนาด 25 เมตร ศูนย์ฟิตเนส สปา ห้องรับรอง ห้องทำงาน ซึ่งครอบคลุมทุกรายละเอียดการใช้ชีวิต ห้องครัวในแต่ละยูนิตได้รับการออกแบบอย่างพิถีพิถันด้วยเฟอร์นิเจอร์และวัสดุชั้นเลิศ มีลิ้นชักและประตูตู้ที่ทำงานด้วยระบบไฟฟ้า รวมถึงเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าที่สามารถปรับแต่งให้เข้ากับไลฟ์สไตล์ส่วนตัวได้
ไฮไลต์อีกอย่างของ Porsche Design Tower Bangkok อยู่ที่บริเวณยอดอาคารซึ่งติดตั้งไฟประดับที่ได้แรงบันดาลใจมาจากไฟท้ายรถสปอร์ตในตำนานของ Porsche ซึ่งจะกลายเป็นแลนด์มาร์คใหม่ของกรุงเทพมหานคร กำหนดก่อสร้างจะเริ่มในปีหน้าและคาดว่าจะแล้วเสร็จในปลายปี 2571

Bangkok is soon to be home to a property that aims to create a new global lifestyle phenomenon. Located in the heart of Thonglor, Porsche Design Tower Bangkok is Porsche Design’s first residential development in Asia and its third globally. Created in collaboration with local developer Ananda Development, Porsche Design Tower Bangkok aims to deliver architecture and not just a place to live. Once completed, it will stand as a symbol of luxury and innovation right in the heart of Bangkok, a world of unparalleled living catering to ultra-high net worth individuals.
The 21-story Porsche Design Tower Bangkok will rise 95 meters over Soi Sukhumvit 38. It will have 22 duplex and quadplex “Sky Villas” of 525 – 1,135 sqm. Prices start at US$ 15 million up to US$ 40 million.
The tower’s design is inspired by the principles espoused by Porsche Design founder Ferdinand Alexander Porsche: optimizing function and reducing the form down to the essentials. These principles can be seen reflected in Porsche Design Towers’ “X-Frame” exposed pedestal structure, a nod to the Mission R car, and smart, one-button a smart balcony door system that can transform the space with the push of a switch.
The tower’s most intriguing highlight is the “Passion Spaces”: private garages that can be customized to residents’ tastes and directly accessible via a central spiral ramp called “The Loop”. An indulgent array of amenities, including a 25-meter swimming pool, fitness center, spa, social lounge and work spaces, will cater to all aspects of residents’ lives. To give you a small idea of what life in a Sky Villa will be like, the kitchen will be furnished with electric-controlled cabinetry and customizable appliances.
Another highlight of Porsche Design Tower Bangkok is an iconic light signature crowning the tower, creating a landmark in the Bangkok skyline. Construction is set to begin in 2025 and expected to be completed in 2028,
