สองนาฬิกา Ulysse Nardin สไตล์แกร่งที่ผลิตด้วยวัสดุอัพไซเคิล

เราทุกคนได้เห็นการออกแบบนาฬิกาที่มาพร้อมวิสัยทัศน์ในรูปแบบอันล้ำสมัยของ Ulysse Nardin มาโดยตลอด และในช่วงหลายปีที่ผ่านมานี้ Ulysse Nardin ยังมีการนำวัสดุชนิดใหม่ๆ ที่มีความพิเศษในการผลิตชิ้นส่วนที่เป็นองค์ประกอบของตัวเรือนนาฬิกาด้วย อย่างเช่นสายนาฬิกาแบบผ้าสีเขียวทหารที่คุณเห็นบนนาฬิการุ่น Diver Net OPS และ Diver X Skeleton OPS นี้ก็ผลิตด้วยวัสดุที่อัพไซเคิลได้มาจากแหที่ใช้ในการประมงซึ่ง Ulysse Nardin เองนั้นเริ่มศึกษาและทดลองเรื่องนี้มาตั้งแต่ปี ค.ศ. 2020
Diver Net OPS และ Diver X Skeleton OPS เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของแคปซูลคอลเลคชั่น OPS หรือ Operations ที่เริ่มต้นขึ้นเมื่อปีที่แล้วด้วยนาฬิการุ่น Freak OPS ความพร้อมในการผจญภัยของนาฬิกาทั้งสองรุ่นนี้ได้รับการถ่ายทอดผ่านขอบตัวเรือนวัสดุคาร์โบเนียมลวดลายคล้ายหินอ่อนสีเทาเข้มซึ่งผลิตจากวัสดุคาร์บอนไฟเบอร์ที่อัพไซเคิลมาจากกระบวนการผลิตอากาศยาน ตัวเรือนของนาฬิกา 2 รุ่นนี้มีขนาด 44 มม. และเคลือบสีดำด้วยกระบวนการดีแอลซีเหมือนกัน แต่เนื้อวัสดุที่อยู่ข้างในนั้นต่างกัน โดยที่ Diver Net OPS มีตัวเรือนที่สามารถกันน้ำได้ 300 เมตร ผลิตจากสเตนเลสสตีลที่ได้มาจากการรีไซเคิล 95% ส่วนทางด้าน Diver X Skeleton OPS นั้นมีน้ำหนักเบากว่าเพราะผลิตจากไทเทเนียมและสามารถกันน้ำได้ถึงระดับความลึก 200 เมตร
รายละเอียดสุดท้ายที่ผูกทุกอย่างเข้าไว้ด้วยกันก็คือการใช้สารเรืองแสงซุปเปอร์ลูมิโนว่าสีเบจที่เข้ากับทั้งโทนสีเขียวทหารและโทนสีดำของนาฬิกาทั้ง 2 รุ่นนี้ สำหรับเครื่องนาฬิกาแบบขึ้นลานอัตโนมัติที่ใช้นั้นของ Diver Net OPS จะเป็นรุ่นคาลิเบอร์ UN-118 ส่วนของ Diver X Skeleton OPS จะเป็นรุ่นคาลิเบอร์ UN-372 ตามดีไซน์ของแต่ละรุ่น

We all know how Ulysse Nardin can be visionary and unorthodox with the design and construction of their movements. In recent years, the trait has extended to the materials used to produce the external components of the watches as well. The khaki green fabric straps you see on these Diver Net OPS and Diver X Skeleton OPS watches, for example, are partly made from upcycled fishing nets: a concept first explored by the manufacture as early as 2020.
These latest novelties belong to the OPS or “Operations” capsule collection initiated last year with the Freak OPS. Their readiness for adventure is marked by the use of a Carbonium bezel with a strong marbling effect – itself made from upcycled carbon fibres from the aircraft manufacturing process. While both have a seemingly identical 44 mm black DLC case, the base materials are in fact different. The Diver Net OPS boasts a case that is made of 95% recycled stainless steel and resistant to the depth of 300 metres. Meanwhile, the Diver X Skeleton OPS is lighter with the use of titanium – it is water resistant to 200 metres.
The finishing touch is the use of beige Super-Luminova, complementing the tough khaki green and black colourway of these two watches, which are powered by the self-winding UN-118 and UN-372 movements, respectively.
