ขอเชิญพบกับ Saxonia Thin หน้าปัดแบล็คโกลด์ฟลักซ์ใหม่และ Saxonia Outsize Date ที่ได้หน้าปัดสีเงินเป็นครั้งแรก

ชื่อคอลเลคชั่น Saxonia นั้นสื่อถึงแคว้นแซ็กโซนีอันเป็นต้นกำเนิดและที่ตั้งของ A. Lange & Söhne และผลงานรุ่นต่างๆ ในคอลเลคชั่นนี้ก็เป็นเครื่องยืนยันอย่างดีว่านาฬิกาของแบรนด์นี้ไม่ว่าจะเป็นรุ่นที่เรียบง่ายหรือรุ่นที่ซับซ้อนก็มีชั้นเชิงแห่งความประณีตในงานผลิตไม่แพ้กัน หลายรุ่นมีหน้าต่างวันที่แบบสองช่องขนาดใหญ่อย่างที่ทางแบรนด์เรียกว่าเอาท์ไซส์เดทและเป็นเอกลักษณ์หนึ่งของ A. Lange & Söhne สมัยใหม่ตั้งแต่ปี ค.ศ. 1994

โทนสีเงินใหม่ทำให้นาฬิการุ่นขนาด 38.5 มม. นี้ดูเบาขึ้นและคลาสสิกยิ่งขึ้น ใส่ได้ในหลากหลายโอกาสยิ่งขึ้นทั้งกับเสื้อผ้าที่ดูเป็นทางการหรือลำลอง รุ่นตัวเรือนไวท์โกลด์สวมใส่กับสายหนังสีดำ และรุ่นตัวเรือนพิงค์โกลด์สวมใส่กับสายหนังสีน้ำตาลแดงดูเข้ากันดี เครื่องนาฬิการุ่น L086.8 เป็นแบบออโต้ที่มีแถบแพลทตินัมถ่วงโรเตอร์ขนาดใหญ่เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการขึ้นลานจนเต็ม 72 ชั่วโมงแม้ว่าเครื่องจะมีขนาดเล็กก็ตาม
นาฬิกาอีกรุ่นหนึ่งที่เปิดตัวพร้อมกันนี้ก็คือ Saxonia Thin รุ่นหน้าปัดแบล็คโกลด์ฟลักซ์ เพียงแค่เห็นภาพ หลายคนก็คงนึกถึง A. Lange & Söhne รุ่นที่มีหน้าตาเหมือนกันนี้แต่เป็นสีน้ำเงินจากปี ค.ศ. 2018 แล้ว ซึ่งนาฬิการุ่นนั้นเป็นที่สนใจของผู้ซื้อทั้งชายและหญิงแม้ว่าตัวเรือนจะมีขนาด 40 มม. ก็ตาม
โกลด์ฟลักซ์เป็นชื่อของแก้วชนิดหนึ่งที่มีส่วนผสมของทองแดงอยู่ในเนื้อ แก้วชนิดนี้เป็นสิ่งที่ชาวเวนิสคิดค้นขึ้นในยุคศตวรรษที่ 17 และโดดเด่นด้วยประกายขนาดเล็กที่ดูราวกับล่องลอยอยู่ในเนื้อวัสดุซึ่งในครั้งนี้เป็นสีดำสนิท เมื่อเคลือบลงบนแผ่นหน้าปัดที่ผลิตจากเงินแท้แล้วจึงทำให้ Saxonia Thin รุ่นพิเศษนี้มีบุคลิกที่แตกต่างและสะดุดตาทุกครั้งที่ขยับข้อมือ
นาฬิการุ่นนี้มีเพียงเข็มชั่วโมงและเข็มนาทีเท่านั้น ขับเคลื่อนโดยเครื่องรุ่น L093.1 ที่บางเพียง 2.9 มม. จึงทำให้ตัวเรือนนาฬิกาไวท์โกลด์บางเพียง 6.2 มม. ได้ และในเมื่อเครื่องรุ่นนี้เป็นเครื่องไขลานจึงไม่มีโรเตอร์ ทำให้คุณสามารถชื่นชมความงามของเครื่องนาฬิกาสไตล์ธรีควอเตอร์ได้อย่างไม่มีอะไรมาบดบังผ่านทางฝาหลังแซฟไฟร์คริสตอล
Saxonia Outsize Date หน้าปัดสีเงินใหม่และ Saxonia Thin หน้าปัดแบล็คโกลด์ฟลักซ์เปิดตัวทันช่วงช้อปปิ้งรับเทศกาลปีใหม่พอดี แต่เฉพาะรุ่น Saxonia Thin ผลิตเป็นจำนวนจำกัดเพียงแค่ 50 เรือนเท่านั้น

The Saxonia Thin gets a new black gold flux dial while the Saxonia Outsize Date gets the argenté-coloured dial for the first time.

Named after the region in which the company is rooted, the Saxonia collection is a great proof that the simpler watches from A. Lange & Söhne are as painstakingly finished as the more complicated pieces. They embody the minimalist aesthetic and the technical refinement for which the German manufactory is renowned – many with the outsize date feature that is a hallmark of the firm since the launch of its contemporary collection in 1994.
Interestingly, the various Saxonia models like the Saxonia Automatic, the Saxonia Thin and the Saxonia Dual Time have been offered with an argenté dial, but the Saxonia Outsize Date of 2018 only came with a black dial. That is corrected now with the introduction of two new references in pink gold and white gold with an argenté-coloured, solid silver dial.
The new dial gives the 38.5 mm watch a lighter, more classical appearance. In fact, it enables for the Saxonia Outsize Date to be worn in an even broader range of situations, formal and otherwise. The white gold version is matched to a black leather strap while the pink gold version is complemented by a red brown one.
Powering this watch is the exquisitely finished self-winding L086.8 movement whose central rotor is equipped with a platinum mass to enhance winding efficiency. Its power reserve is an impressive 72 hours despite the small size.
The second timepiece of interest is the new Saxonia Thin with a black gold flux dial. Followers of A. Lange & Söhne must recall a similar watch from 2018. At that time, the Saxonia Thin shone and shimmered with a blue gold flux dial, and it attracted male and female buyers alike despite the 40 mm case size.
Gold flux is the name given to a particular kind of glass with copper elements in it. Invented in 17th century Venice, the material is distinctive for the tiny spangles that scatter in the most random order across its surface, which is deep black this time round. Once coated on the solid silver dial, the black gold flux gives the white gold watch the subtle radiance it needs to sparkle on the wrist.
The slender hour and minute hands are driven across this magical display by a hand-winding movement that measures only 2.9 mm in thickness and allows the white gold watch case to be as thin as 6.2 mm. Without the winding rotor, the three-quarter architecture of the L093.1 movement can be fully appreciated at all times through the sapphire crystal caseback.
Unlike the Saxonia Outsize Date, this new interpretation of the Saxonia Thin is produced in a strictly limited edition of 50 units only. The watches are released just in time for the holiday shopping season!
