PMT The Hour Glass มีการขยายกิจการอย่างต่อเนื่องตลอดระยะเวลา 15 ปีที่ผ่านมา จากบูติคแห่งแรกที่ Gaysorn Plaza (ชื่อในขณะนั้น) ก็มีการเปิดบูติคเพิ่มเติมตามศูนย์การค้าสำคัญต่างๆ ได้แก่ Siam Paragon, EmQuartier และ Central Phuket Floresta ก่อนที่จะมีสมาชิกล่าสุดเป็นมัลติแบรนด์บูติคแห่งใหม่ที่ Iconsiam อันเป็นแลนด์มาร์คริมแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยาของฝั่งธนบุรี

บูติคแต่ละแห่งนั้นมีคอนเซปท์ในการออกแบบที่แตกต่างกัน โดยบูติคที่ Iconsiam แห่งนี้ได้รับแรงบันดาลใจมาจากเรื่องราวของแม่น้ำแห่งราชันย์ เมื่อเดินเข้าไปจะพบกับงานศิลป์ขนาดสูง 5 เมตรที่มีลวดลายเส้นสีทองแทนแม่น้ำสายย่อยต่างๆ ที่ไหลมารวมกันจนกลายเป็นคุ้งน้ำเจ้าพระยา และที่น่าประทับใจไม่น้อยไปกว่ากันก็คือเคาน์เตอร์ที่ตั้งอยู่บริเวณโถงกลางซึ่งเป็นการนำหินโอนิกซ์สีเขียวมาตัดเป็นรูปทรงคล้ายกับเรือ แล้วเพิ่มเติมความอบอุ่นและเป็นกันเองด้วยการใช้รายละเอียดที่เป็นไม้ หนังและผ้าตามจุดต่างๆ
บูติคแห่งนี้มีขนาด 227 ตารางเมตรและมีการแบ่งพื้นที่สำหรับแบรนด์ต่างๆ ในลักษณะช็อปอินช็อปเพื่อให้นำเสนออัตลักษณ์ของแต่ละแบรนด์ได้อย่างชัดเจน ไม่ว่าจะเป็น Rolex, Tudor, Hublot, Girard-Perregaux หรือ Ulysse Nardin ยกตัวอย่างเช่นมุมของ Tudor นั้นก็มีการใช้สีดำและสีแดงซึ่งเป็นสีประจำแบรนด์อยู่แล้ว ในขณะที่พื้นที่ของ Girard-Perregaux นั้นมีการกรุผนังด้วยแผ่นไม้ที่เรียงสันเป็นแนวขนานกันอย่างเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย คล้ายกับภาพผังเมืองลาโชเดอฟ็องส์อันเป็นเมืองที่ตั้งของแบรนด์ และเมื่อเข้าไปถึงช็อปอินช็อปของ Hublot จะพบการตกแต่งภายในลักษณะเดียวกันกับที่ใช้ที่บูติคบนเกาะมิโคนอสที่ดูสบายตาด้วยโทนสีขาวแต่ก็ไม่ลืมใส่สีสันที่จัดจ้านลงไปเป็นระยะ

PMT The Hour Glass has been growing constantly over the past 15 years. From their very first boutique at Gaysorn Plaza (as it was called then), the group has secured additional locations at important shopping destinations, including Siam Paragon, EmQuartier and Central Phuket Floresta. Now, on the Thonburi side of the Chao Praya River, Iconsiam marks the latest prestigious address for their multi-brand boutique.

Each boutique is designed with a concept of its own – and this Iconsiam branch is no exception. Inspired by legacy associated with the River of Kings on whose banks the high-end mall is located, this new retail location features a 5-metre-tall artwork; its golden line pattern depicts how smaller rivers converge into the mighty Chao Praya River. Equally impressive, a green onyx centre table is crafted into the shape of a vessel. Timber, leather and fabric elements combine to soften the interior, adding to its warmth and friendliness.
The 227-square-metre space is efficiently utilised with the shop-in-shop design scheme to highlight the DNA of each brand represented: Rolex, Tudor, Hublot, Girard-Perregaux and Ulysse Nardin. Tudor’s corner, for example, is clearly distinguished by their black and red livery while Girard-Perregaux’s space is lined with neatly arranged parallel blades that resemble the unique city plan of La Chaux-de-Fonds, their home base. Meanwhile, Hublot follows the interior decoration concept of the boutique they have in Mykonos – light, white, but with a hint of summer colours.
