Omega Speedmaster ’57 ที่กลับมาพร้อมเครื่องไขลานรุ่นใหม่และตัวเรือนที่บางลงกว่าเดิม

เราสามารถบอกได้จากกระแสตอบรับทั้งออนไลน์และออฟไลน์ว่า Speedmaster ’57 ใหม่จะเป็นนาฬิกาที่ประสบความสำเร็จสูงรุ่นหนึ่งของ Omega ในปี ค.ศ. 2022 เดิมทีนั้น Omega มี Speedmaster ’57 อยู่ก่อนหน้าแล้ว โดยเป็นรุ่นที่ออกมาตั้งแต่ปี ค.ศ. 2013 สำหรับรุ่นใหม่นี้มีตัวเรือนสเตนเลสสตีลขนาด 40.5 มม. และยังคงมีดีไซน์แบบไบคอมแพ็กซ์ที่มีวงทดชั่วโมงและนาทีรวมกันอยู่ที่ตำแหน่ง 3 นาฬิกา
Speedmaster ’57 แตกต่างจากนาฬิกา Speedmaster รุ่นมาตรฐานตรงที่การออกแบบให้ดูมีความวินเทจยิ่งกว่า ผ่านทางการใช้เข็มทรง Broad Arrow ขอบตัวเรือนสเตนเลสสตีลแบบขัดด้าน และตัวเรือนที่ไม่มีบ่าป้องกันเม็ดมะยม รุ่นหน้าปัดสีดำจะมีลูกเล่นแบบแซนด์วิชด้วยซุปเปอร์ลูมิโนว่าสีย้อนยุคตามตำแหน่งหลักชั่วโมงและบนเข็มบอกเวลา ตัวเลขวันที่ก็ทำเป็นสีเดียวกันนี้เพื่อให้ดูสม่ำเสมอกัน แต่หากไม่เลือกสีดำก็จะมีรุ่นหน้าปัดซันเบิสท์พีวีดีสีน้ำเงินหรือสีเขียวเข้ม และสุดท้ายคือรุ่นหน้าปัดวาร์นิชสีเบอร์กันดี โดยรุ่นหน้าปัดสีทั้ง 3 นี้จะมีหลักชั่วโมงแบบผนึกติดและมีซุปเปอร์ลูมิโนว่าสีปกติ ไม่เหมือนกับรุ่นหน้าดำ
เครื่องนาฬิกาที่ใช้ใน Speedmaster ’57 ใหม่ของปีนี้คือเครื่องไขลานรุ่นคาลิเบอร์ 9906 ที่ผ่านการรับรองความเที่ยงตรงระดับมาสเตอร์โครโนมิเตอร์ ตัวเรือนของ Speedmaster ’57 จึงบางลงเหลือเพียง 12.99 มม. เปรียบเทียบกับ Speedmaster Moonwatch รุ่นที่ใช้เครื่องคาลิเบอร์ 3861 ซึ่งยังคงหนา 13.58 มม. อยู่ ในเรื่องของคุณสมบัติทางด้านเทคนิค เราสามารถสาธยายได้ว่าคาลิเบอร์ 9906 นี้มีแบเรลคู่ที่จะมอบกำลังลานสำรองนาน 60 ชั่วโมง มีบาลานซ์สปริงซิลิคอน Si14 เพื่อความทนทานต่อสนามแม่เหล็กกำลังสูงถึง 15,000 เกาส์ และยังมีการขัดแต่งที่สวยงามด้วยลวดลายเจนีวาเวฟซึ่งแผ่เป็นรัศมีไปทั่วแผ่นบริดจ์ขนาดใหญ่โดยเริ่มจากบริเวณที่บาลานซ์วีลติดตั้งอยู่ เลือกใส่ Speedmaster ’57 รุ่นใหม่นี้กับสายสตีลดีไซน์วินเทจหรือสายหนังสีเข้าคู่กับตัวเรือนได้ตามความชอบ

We could already tell, by the discussions it generated on various platforms and by the reaction of collector friends close to us, that the new Speedmaster ’57 will be one of the more successful Omega novelties of 2022. Replacing the outgoing model that has been around since 2013, this new version in 40.5 mm stainless steel continues with the bicompax design with combined hour and minute totalisers at the three o’clock position.
Aesthetically, the Speedmaster ’57 proposes a heightened vintage feel through the use of Broad Arrow hands, a brushed stainless steel bezel and the absence of a crown guard. The black dial version goes so far as to offer a sandwich dial and vintage Super-LumiNova on the hour markers and hands. Its date numerals are executed in the same tone for the purpose of consistency. Two other models feature a PVD dial in either blue or dark green with a sunburst finish. The last model is presented with a varnished burgundy dial. These coloured dial models come with applied hour markers and non-vintage Super-LumiNova.
Mechanically, the timepiece is powered by the Master Chronometer-certified, hand-winding Calibre 9906 which brings the overall thickness of the watch down to only 12.99 mm – the Speedmaster Moonwatch with Calibre 3861 stands at 13.58 mm thick, for the purpose of comparison. Two barrels combine to offer a power reserve of 60 hours while the Si14 silicon balance spring ensures that the movement is resistance to a magnetic field as strong as 15,000 gauss. This Calibre 9906 is also quite a gem to behold. Its large bridge is adorned with the gently curved Geneva waves pattern finishing that seems to radiate out from where the balance wheel is located. Wear this watch on either a vintage style stainless steel bracelet or a matching coloured leather strap.
