Tambour Jacquemart Minute Repeater 200 Years สุดล้ำเรือนนี้มีตัวเรือนทรง Tambour ขนาด 46.8 มม. ที่ผลิตจากไวท์โกลด์และไทเทเนียมและได้รับการออกแบบให้ดูคล้ายกับแคปซูลอวกาศ หน้าปัดนาฬิกาแสดงภาพกาแล็คซี่สีน้ำเงินผ่านฝีมือการวาดและลงสีของช่างเอนาเมลชื่อดัง อานิตา พอร์เช็ต ประดับด้วยชิ้นส่วนเคลื่อนไหวที่เป็นผลงานการแกะสลักไวท์โกลด์ของดิค สตีนแมน ทั้งหมดประกอบกันเพื่อสร้างจินตนาการเสมือนเราได้ล่องลอยและเดินทางไปยังดวงดาวอันไกลโพ้น

This significant timepiece marks the 200th anniversary of the birth of the maison’s founder.

A masterful piece unique has once again been realised by La Fabrique du Temps Louis Vuitton – the maison’s in-house watchmaking workshop in Geneva. Called Louis Vuitton Tambour Jacquemart Minute Repeater 200 Years, the watch was developed in celebration of the 200th anniversary of the birth of Monsieur Louis Vuitton.
The timepiece’s space exploration storyline was inspired by the journey theme of the Louis Vuitton brand. Combining heightened mechanical mastery with intricate artistic craft, this watch also marks the first time the maison incorporates both the automaton and minute repeater mechanisms in the same piece. The entire endeavour required over two years of development.
Measuring 46.8 mm in diameter, the white gold and titanium case of the Tambour Jacquemart Minute Repeater 200 Years is shaped to be reminiscent of a space capsule. The dial portrays a deep blue galaxy by the hands of famed enamellist Anita Porchet while the white gold moving elements were sculpted by engraver Dick Steeman. Everything comes together to conjure up a dream voyage to a faraway realm.
Pressing the button on the left side of the case activates the functions that make this watch remarkable. First, the nine automatons begin to move in a programmed way. The top of the space shuttle slides open to reveal diamonds inside; and the blue Monogram flower goes on spinning while the planets and stars conduct their own movements. At the same time, the minute repeater mechanism of the watch will chime the hour, quarter and minute to tell the time. This is done by way of a cathedral gong which affords a deeper and a longer-lasting resonance than the regular gong found in typical minute repeaters.
The magic behind everything, Calibre LV200 comprises 480 parts, developed and assembled by La Fabrique du Temps Louis Vuitton. The hand-winding movement makes it possible for the Tambour Jacquemart Minute Repeater 200 Years to reflect the visionary outlook of the Louis Vuitton brand today as well as that of its founder back in the day.
