Hublot นำเสนอผลงานสุดล้ำ MP-10 ภายในงาน LVMH Watch Week 2024

LVMH Watch Week เป็นงานเปิดตัวนาฬิกาเฉพาะกลุ่มที่จัดขึ้นเป็นประจำทุกปีโดยจะย้ายสถานที่ไปยังภูมิภาคต่างๆ เรื่อยไป ครั้งแรกเมื่อปี ค.ศ. 2020 จัดที่ดูไบ หลังจากนั้นต้องจัดแบบออนไลน์เป็นเวลา 2 ปีเพราะเป็นช่วงโควิด ก่อนที่จะกลับมาจัดเต็มรูปแบบได้อีกครั้งในปี ค.ศ. 2023 ที่สิงคโปร์ สำหรับปีปัจจุบันนี้ LVMH Watch Week จัดที่ไมอามีช่วงวันที่ 28 มกราคม – 1 กุมภาพันธ์ โดยมี Hublot เป็นหนึ่งในแบรนด์หลักเหมือนเช่นทุกปี
ผลงานที่โดดเด่นที่สุดของ Hublot ย่อมต้องเป็น MP-10 Tourbillon Weight Energy System ผลงานรุ่นที่ 10 ในตระกูล MP หรือ Manufacture Piece ที่เน้นเรื่องความล้ำในการออกแบบทั้งตัวเครื่องและตัวเรือน นาฬิกา MP-10 ตัวเรือนไทเทเนียมรุ่นนี้ไม่มีหน้าปัดหรือเข็ม การบอกเวลาใช้โรลเลอร์สำหรับชั่วโมงและนาทีที่ซ้อนกันอยู่บริเวณตำแหน่ง 12 ของนาฬิกาปกติ ส่วนวินาทีนั้นอยู่ในรูปของวงแหวนที่ล้อมรอบกรงตูร์บิยองแบบเอียงที่ตำแหน่ง 6 นาฬิกาของนาฬิกาปกติ
แต่ที่น่าตื่นเต้นที่สุดก็คือระบบการขึ้นลานด้วยตุ้มน้ำหนักไวท์โกลด์ 22 กะรัตหนึ่งคู่ทางด้านซ้ายและขวาของตัวเรือน โดยที่ตุ้มน้ำหนักนี้จะเคลื่อนไหวในแนวตั้งตามจังหวะการเคลื่อนของข้อมือและแขนเพื่อขึ้นลานให้กับเครื่องนาฬิการุ่น HUB9013 จนได้กำลังลานสำรองเต็ม 48 ชั่วโมงแทนที่จะใช้โรเตอร์ทรงครึ่งวงกลมที่อยู่ด้านหลังเหมือนเครื่องนาฬิกาแบบขึ้นลานอัตโนมัติทั่วไป หากต้องการทราบว่านาฬิกามีลานเหลือมากน้อยเพียงใดก็เพียงดูที่แถบสีเขียวและแดงบนเครื่องหมายแสดงกำลังลานสำรองที่แทรกตัวอยู่ตรงกลางระหว่างชุดแสดงค่าเวลาด้านบนและด้านล่าง เจ้าของนาฬิกาสามารถไขลานช่วยได้เวลาที่ไม่ค่อยได้ใส่นาฬิกาโดยใช้เม็ดมะยมที่อยู่ทางด้านบนของตัวเรือน และเมื่อจะตั้งเวลานั้นก็ให้ใช้เม็ดมะยมที่ซ่อนอยู่ด้านหลังของตัวเรือนนาฬิกา
ผลงานอันเป็นความล้ำหน้าทางวิศวกรรมนี้ประกอบด้วยชิ้นส่วนจำนวนมากถึง 592 ชิ้นและใช้เวลาวิจัยและพัฒนานานถึง 5 ปี ทั้งหมดบรรจุอยู่ภายในตัวเรือนขนาดยาว 54.1 มม. กว้าง 41.5 มม. หนา 22.4 มม. ซึ่งสวมใส่ด้วยสายยางสีดำ ทั้งนี้ Hublot จะจำกัดจำนวนการผลิตนาฬิการุ่น MP-10 Tourbillon Weight Energy System ไว้ที่เพียง 50 เรือนเท่านั้น

Unveiled at the latest LVMH Watch Week, the novelty features roller time indication and linear winding system among its prowess.

LVMH Watch Week is a group-centric watch novelty reveal event held every year, rotating among regions around the world. The first one was held in Dubai in 2020, followed by two years of digital events due to the pandemic, and then the Singapore edition returned live in 2023. For 2024, Miami hosted LVMH Watch Week from 28 January to 1 February, with Hublot being among the exhibitors as usual.
Hublot’s most technically advanced offering is the MP-10 Tourbillon Weight Energy System – the 10th creation in the MP or Manufacture Piece line of timepieces designed to push all boundaries. This titanium watch is free of a dial or hands. Two stacked rollers indicate the hour and the minute around the position where the 12 o’clock marker would have been. The second is marked by a ring around the cage of the inclined tourbillon at the (conventional) 6 o’clock position.
Most impressive of all are the two 22K white gold weights on the left and right which travel in a linear motion with the motion of the wrist or the arm. Together, they rewind the Caliber HUB9013 in lieu of a traditional rotor until the maximum reserve of 48 hours is reached. A circular power reserve indicator with green and red markings, in between the time indications, keeps the owner informed of the current state of remaining energy. Manual winding is possible when needed, using the crown at the top of the case. A hidden crown on the back of the case is provided exclusively for the purpose of time-setting.
Comprising 592 parts, this remarkable work of engineering is realized through five years of research and development. The MP-10 Tourbillon Weight Energy System measures measures 54.1 mm long, 41.5 mm wide and 22.4 mm thick, and is worn on a black structured rubber strap. It is limited to only 50 units.
