Ferguson Hill บริษัทออกแบบและผลิตเครื่องเสียงไฮเอนด์ชั้นนำสัญชาติอังกฤษ ก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อปี ค.ศ. 2003 โดย ทิมโมธี ฮิลล์ อดีตวิศวกรการบินที่ทั้งมีอัจริยภาพทางด้านงานวิศวกรรม งานดีไซน์และยังเป็นผู้ที่มีความหลงใหลในเสียงดนตรี นำเสนอระบบเครื่องเสียงด้วยเทคโนโลยีล่าสุด Jetstream Loudspeaker System โดยนำเอา FH001 ลำโพงฮอร์นอะคริลิคใสระดับไฮเอนด์ที่เปิดตัวเมื่อ 20 ปีที่แล้ว แต่ยังคงเป็นที่กล่าวขานถึงเรื่องดีไซน์ที่มีความสวยงาม ล้ำสมัยบวกเข้ากับเทคโนโลยีเสียงคุณภาพเยี่ยมมาอัพเกรดและปรับปรุงจุดต่างๆ ให้สมบูรณ์แบบมากยิ่งขึ้นไปอีกตามที่ ทิมโมธี ตั้งใจที่จะทำมาโดยตลอด
โดยระบบเครื่องเสียงแบบจัดเต็มของ Jetstream System ใหม่นี้จะประกอบไปด้วย ลำโพงฮอร์นอะคริลิคใส Ferguson Hill Jetstream Horn Loudspeaker 1 คู่ ลำโพงเบส Ferguson Hill Jetstream Bass Speaker 1 คู่ และ แอมป์พลิไฟเออร์เบส Ferguson Hill Jetstream Bass Amplifier อีก 1 ตัว และ สตรีมเมอร์ HiFi Rose RS520 (ซึ่งเป็นออพชั่นเสริมโดยสามารถติดต่อกับ Ferguson Hill ได้โดยตรง)
ซึ่งแม้ว่ารูปลักษณ์ภายนอกของลำโพงฮอร์นอะคริลิคใสนี้อาจจะดูเหมือนไม่มีอะไรเปลี่ยนแปลง แต่องค์ประกอบและเทคโนโลยีของระบบภายในมีการปรับเปลี่ยนแทบจะทั้งหมด โดยได้ร่วมมือกับ Cube Audio ผู้ผลิตเครื่องเสียงชั้นนำจากโปแลนด์ อาทิ การปรับปรุงส่วนต่อของอะคริลิคฮอร์นและแหวนโลหะที่มีผลต่อการกระจายเสียงของดอกลำโพงทรงกลมไปสู่ปากแตรที่เป็นรูปทรงไข่ได้ดียิ่งขึ้น หรือการปรับปรุงโครงสร้างของระบบกันสะเทือนระหว่างแหวนโลหะและดอกลำโพงและขาด้านในของระบบกันสะเทือนที่ไม่สามารถมองเห็นได้จากด้านนอก หรือการปรับปรุงดอกลำโพงเบสที่รวมถึงการปรับปรุงไปถึงแม่เหล็กนีโอไดเมียมด้วย เป็นต้น ซึ่งลำโพงรุ่น FH001 เคยเซ็ตมาตรฐานของคุณภาพเสียงไว้สูงมากอยู่แล้ว ชุด Jetstream Loudspeaker System นี้จะยิ่งทำให้วงการเครื่องเสียงระดับไฮเอนด์ต้องสั่นสะเทือนอย่างแน่นอน สนใจสามารถศึกษาข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมได้ที่เว็บไซท์โดยตรง

Leading British designer and loudspeaker specialist Ferguson Hill was founded in 2003 by Timothy Hill, a former aeronautical engineer with a passion for audio. Twenty years after launching their seminal FH001 speaker system, the company has introduced the Jetstream Loudspeaker System, a total upgrade of their debut offering. Billed as the world’s first front-loaded horn dipole loudspeaker at its unveiling, the FH001 continues to draw admiration for its design and technology. In creating the Jetstream, Ferguson Hill reworked the FH001 from the ground up, incorporating all the changes that their namesake founder and designer have wanted since the launch of the FH001.
The new Ferguson Hill Jetstream Loudspeaker System comprises a pair of Jetstream Horn Loudspeakers, a pair of Jetstream Bass Speakers and a Jetstream Bass Amplifier. A HiFi Rose RS520 streaming amplifier is available as an optional extra, direct from Ferguson Hill.
Visually, the clear acrylic horn speakers appear little changed from their predecessors. The changes that took place internally, however, are impressive. The horn speakers now feature a bespoke drive unit developed with Cube Audio of Poland. The interface between the acrylic horn and the metal ring has been improved to ensure smoother sound wave expansion from the circular drive unit diaphragm to the oval mouth of the horn. The dampening structures between the metal ring and the drive unit and the internal leg dampening have also been upgraded. More improvements include the bass speaker’s three-part feet and the base drive unit’s new and improved neodymium magnets. Two decades ago, Ferguson Hill raised the bar for audio quality and esthetics with the FH001. With the Jetstream Loudspeaker System, they’re set to further shake up the world of high-end audio.
