คฤหาสน์ Fleur du Lac แห่งนี้สร้างขึ้นแต่แรกเพื่อเป็นที่พักอาศัยของ เฮนรี ไคเซอร์ นักอุตสาหกรรมชื่อดังของสหรัฐอเมริกา และเคยใช้เป็นสถานที่ถ่ายทำภาพยนตร์ฮอลลีวูด The Godfather ภาค 2 มาแล้ว ภายในพื้นที่ขนาด 4,200 ตารางฟุตนั้นมีห้องนอนแบบมีเตาผิงส่วนตัวพร้อมห้องน้ำในตัวมากถึง 5 ห้องบนชั้น 2 ของคฤหาสน์ จากภายในคฤหาสน์เมื่อมองออกไปจะเห็นทิวทัศน์โดยรอบอย่างเต็มตาไม่ว่าจะเป็นผืนน้ำข้างหน้าหรือเทือกเขาที่ไกลออกไป
