รถเอสยูวี EQS มีพื้นที่ภายในที่โอ่โถง สามารถรองรับผู้โดยสารได้มากถึง 7 คน ที่นั่งแถวที่ 2 มีเบาะแบบปรับด้วยไฟฟ้าเป็นอุปกรณ์มาตรฐาน สำหรับที่นั่งแถวที่ 3 ซึ่งมีเบาะแยกกัน 2 ตัวนั้นก็มีระบบอำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆ เช่นกันแต่ว่าต้องเลือกซื้อเพิ่มเป็นออปชั่น บริเวณคอนโซลดูโดดเด่นด้วย MBUX Hyperscreen ซึ่งมีหลายหน้าจอที่วางต่อเนื่องจนดูราวกับว่าเชื่อมต่อกันอยู่เป็นแถบโค้งความกว้างกว่า 141 ซม. ผู้โดยสารที่นั่งอยู่ในแถวที่ 2 ก็มีหน้าจอขนาด 11.6 นิ้วเป็นของตนเองอีก 2 จอเพื่อเข้าถึงระบบอินโฟเทนเมนท์หรือเพื่อช่วยผู้ขับขี่ในเรื่องแผนที่เพื่อการเดินทางอย่างแม่นยำและปลอดภัย

Shortly after the introduction of the EQS luxury saloon and the EQE sporty executive saloon, Mercedes-Benz is ready to roll out the EQS SUV as the third model in this series of electric vehicles for the upper market segments. The EQS SUV shares the same long wheelbase with the EQS Saloon (3,210 mm) but is over 20 cm higher. It also takes after the saloon in terms of aerodynamics with a smooth underbody and usually closed radiator shutter.
With powerful electric motors, the EQS SUV tackles light terrain with ease. All EQS SUV models boast an electric drive train on the rear axle. Versions with 4MATIC also have it on the front axle, plus the Torque Shift function to ensure continuously variable distribution of drive torque between the front and rear electric motors. Driving range is up to 660 kilometres, depending on actual equipment and configuration. The fastest possible charging is 31 minutes with DC charging at a fast charging station. AC charging time will take a minimum of five hours.
The EQS SUV is designed with plenty of space to accommodate up to seven passengers, with electrically adjusted seats as standard on the second row and comfort features as options for the two individual seats on the third row. The interior of the SUV is distinguished by the MBUX Hyperscreen where multiple displays seamlessly merge into one curved, distortion-free screen band that measures over 141 cm wide. Two more 11.6-inch screens are offered for passengers on the second row so they can enjoy the infotainment system on their own or assist with navigation, as needed.
Lastly, the EQS SUV is equipped with OTA technology with which the vehicle can receive over-the-air updates as new features are activated in the future. Production of the model is completely CO2-neutral – a move consistent with the brand’s zero-emission mobility goal and Ambition 2039 vision of climate protection and air pollution control. According to Mercedes-Benz, a total of nine all-electric EQ models were planned for global launch this year so watch out for the next ones in the pipeline.
