นอกจากห้องพักที่หรูหราและครบครันในสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอื่นๆ และมินิบาร์แล้ว บนเรือสำราญ Evrima ก็ยังเป็นเลิศในเรื่องของห้องอาหารต่างๆ ที่มีให้เลือกด้วยกันถึง 6 ห้อง ได้แก่ The Evrima Room ห้องอาหารหลักที่เสิร์ฟอาหารที่ได้แรงบันดาลใจจากวัฒนธรรมจากแต่ละจุดหมายปลายทางที่เรือสำราญลำนี้ได้แวะเวียนไป หรืออาหารแนวเอเชียนฟิวชั่นก็มีให้บริการที่ห้องอาหาร Talaat Nam ส่วนห้องอาหาร The Pool House ก็มีบริการตั้งแต่อาหารเช้าง่ายๆ ไปจนถึงเมนูมื้อดึกแบบจานด่วน และถ้าใครอยากรับประทานอาหารกลางวันหรืออาหารค่ำมื้อโรแมนติกรับลมนิดๆ ก็ต้องที่ห้องอาหาร Mistral

The Ritz-Carlton is a US-based luxury hospitality operator with over 100 properties in 34 countries across the globe. Now it has expanded into the ultra-luxury cruise business with the Ritz-Carton Yacht Collection, whose first vessel embarked on its inaugural voyage last October from the Spanish city of Barcelona to the French city of Nice.
The ship, Evrima (from the Greek word for “discovery”), is one of three designed and custom-built for the Ritz Carton Yacht Collection, reflecting the group’s belief that it can capitalize on its expertise as a leisure lifestyle provider to offer new travel experiences, specifically luxury sailing to memorable, exciting new destinations.
With a capacity of 298 passengers, Evrima offers 149 suites of various types, all equipped with a private balcony and luxurious modern amenities including a minibar. Suite types include the 101-sqm Owner’s Suite with ocean views, a spacious balcony and a private whirlpool; The View Suites of 53 or 51 square meters; The Grand Suites of 55 square meters; 40-square-meter Signature Suites; 28-square-meter Terrace Suites (a selection of which can be connected to accommodate big families or groups); and, 57-square-meter, 2-story Loft Suites.
The common facilities are also impressive, especially the dining venues. The main restaurant, Evrima Room, offers a menu inspired by the cultures of the ship’s destinations. Talaat Nam serves Asian fusion food, while the Pool House serves everything from breakfast to late-night quick bites. Mistral serves lunch and dinner in a breezy, al fresco setting conducive to romance and relaxation.
The Living Room is the place to go for refreshments, offering tea, coffee, baked pastries, as well as bar services. The Observation Lounge on the top deck features live music every evening, but if your tastes run more towards cognac and cigars, a premium list of both is available at the Humidor for an additional charge. S.E.A. serves epicurean delights from a menu created by Chef Sven Elverfeld of 3-Michelin-starred restaurant Aqua (additional fee applies). If you prefer not to leave the comfort of your suite, however, there is the option of dining in-suite from the all-day dining menu.
To sail aboard the Evrima is to be spoiled for choice in terms of things to do. Health and fitness buffs can spend time in the state-of-the-art gym, enjoy a yoga or matt Pilates class, go for a swim in the infinity pool, or just relax in the open-air jacuzzi. When the ship is at anchor, passengers can explore a range of activities including kayaking and paddle boarding from the aft Marina platform. And an entire deck is dedicated to the Ritz-Carlton spa, where total pampering can be expected. There is also a salon, barber, outdoor movie screen, children’s recreation room, and boutiques offering luxury retail therapy.
The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection currently sails to three yachting playgrounds. The Caribbean, Central America and South America schedule features 25 itineraries of between 5 and 12 nights. Mediterranean sailing features 44 itineraries of 5-13 nights, while the Crossing Voyages offer 4 itineraries ranging from 11 to 13 nights.
