Madi Paidi Bangkok is the first Thai property in the Autograph Collection, one of 31 brands in the Marriott portfolio. Located in a stylish low-rise building in Soi Sukhumvit 53, also known as Soi Paidee Madee, a leafy, peaceful residential area just a short distance from the vibrant lifestyle hub of Soi Thonglor (Sukhumvit 55), the hotel caters to those seeking an eclectic mix of cuisine, culture and entertainment. It sets itself apart by providing hospitality based on the concepts of “ma dee” (pleasant arrival), “yoo dee” (a pleasant stay) and “pai dee” (bon voyage).
The design concept of Madi Paidi Bangkok is inspired by the juxtaposition between the lifestyles and atmospheres of Soi Paidee Madee and Soi Thonglor. The timber-clad exterior and verdant roofline blend seamlessly with the leafy surroundings while the interiors are influenced by rich contrasts between the classic and the contemporary, East and West. The multisensory pleasures on offer are complemented by traditional Thai hospitality and a sense of what it’s like to be a resident in this neighborhood.
The 56 guest rooms and suites are designed to open up new perspectives. They are rich in character and articulate unexpected stories in keeping with the hotel’s slogan, “Exactly Like Nothing Else”. The room colors are inspired by some of Thailand’s precious gemstones, Topaz (yellow), Sapphire (blue) and Emerald (green). The different themes are tied together with auspicious woven bamboo symbols called “chaleio” to wish guests good luck and safe journey. The rooms range in size from 32 to 56 square meters and come with a living area with a sofa and a wide range of amenities including 24-hour in-room dining.
Guests enjoy access to the rooftop pool and well-equipped 24-hour fitness gym as well as the hotel’s signature restaurant, Ekkaluck, which serves fine-dining food made with the finest local and seasonal ingredients.
