จานหลักของเมนูคือสเต๊กเนื้อเทนเดอร์ลอยน์สไตล์รอสซินี มาพร้อมกับกระหล่ำซาวอย ฟัวกราส์จี่กับกระทะ และซอสเห็ดมอเรลที่เข้ากับเนื้อได้ดีมาก นับเป็นจานหลักที่น่าประทับใจ ซึ่งไม่น่าแปลกใจเพราะเชฟเดวิดมีความเชี่ยวชาญเป็นพิเศษในการปรุงอาหารยุโรปแบบคลาสสิค โดยเฉพาะเนื้อวัวที่เชฟถนัดเป็นพิเศษ และสามารถสร้างเมนูออกมาได้อย่างสร้างสรรค์ โดยใช้ประโยชน์จากความหลากหลายของชิ้นส่วนต่างๆ ของเนื้อวัว เพื่อขับรสชาติของอาหารจานนั้นๆ ให้โดดเด่นที่สุด

Besides bringing Executive Sous Chef Deivid Paiva to excite the taste buds, the restaurant has undergone a revamp to combine the best of both traditional trattoria together with the Italian Aperitivo Lounge that includes exceptional selection of imported Italian charcuterie and cheeses.
Chef Deivid brings to the table a superb menu such as tomato compote and burrata or lobster on tomato jelly for starters, and main courses such as ravioli with smoked buffalo mozzarella, pappardelle served with lamb ragu and porcini mushroom, which are two of the many styles of pasta dishes guaranteed to expose your palate to new flavours.
Tempting all meat lovers with the main highlight tenderloin Rossini composed with savoy cabbage and pan seared Foie Gras drizzled with morel mushroom sauce. This slice of decadence comes as no surprise as Chef Deivid’s specialty is classical European cuisine and his favourite ingredient to work with is beef as different cuts presents different cooking possibilities in order to maximise its taste.
