White Lies by Maurizio Menconi Presents a new Italian Omakase Experience
Trust is an important thing, and Omakase may be the epitome of it in dining. In Japanese culinary terms, Omakase is a tradition whereby the Chef selects all dishes for an entire meal.
Marrying the Omakase serving style with Italian cuisine, White Lies by Chef Maurizio Menconi presents a new way to enjoy Italian fare, with a focus on presentation, seasonality and exclusivity. Each of the dishes come in small, well planned bites, and a menu that changes almost daily according to the freshest ingredients and creative inclinations of the Chef. As for the aforementioned ingredients, White Lies sources lobster, game, Kobe beef and more from the World’s top suppliers and artisan farmers.
The Omakase is priced at THB 5000++for up to 15 courses, and an additional THB 3400++ for wine pairing. As the intimate restaurant serves only 22 covers a night, reservations are essential.
