Luxuo Thailand มีร้านอาหารน่าสนใจมาแนะนำสำหรับท่านใดก็ตามที่ขับรถกลับเข้ากรุงเทพจากตราด จันทบุรีหรือระยอง ร้านสไตล์กริลตะวันตกริมทะเลแห่งนี้มีชื่อว่า Pebbles Bar & Grill และเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของ Renaissance Pattaya Resort & Spa ซึ่งตั้งอยู่ระหว่างซอยนาจอมเทียน 36 และ 34 เหมาะสำหรับใครที่อยากนั่งทานอาหารสบายๆ พร้อมกับวิวดวงอาทิตย์ตกไม่ว่าจะในบรรยากาศเอาท์ดอร์หรืออินดอร์แบบที่ไม่มีผู้คนหนาแน่นจนเกินไป

Anyone commuting back from Trad, Chantaburi or Rayong to Bangkok are advised to make a luxurious pit stop away from the typical crowd at Renaissance Pattaya Resort & Spa. With entrance on the main Sukhumvit Road between Soi Na Jomtien 36 and 34, the property stretches all the way to the actual beach. Perched just above the sand is Pebbles Bar & Grill – a western grill restaurant with outdoor and indoor seating areas to suit your mood.
Expect something nice and fancy like seabass fillet with salty white egg foam, pickled octopus, barley risotto, garden vegetables and saffron sauce (775 baht) and pan-fried snow fish with wakame seaweed, honey bean, roasted cherry tomatoes and lobster sauce (825 baht). Alternatively, for 690 baht, you can get either a whole grilled squid, snapper or seabass weighing 600 grams.
If you have had enough seafood elsewhere during the trip, you may want to try something meatier for a change. Their signature dishes include roasted Australian lamb rack coated with pistachio herbs crumb and red wine reduction (1,250 baht) and 12-hour, slow cooked Iberico pork loin served with caramelised onions, crispy lotus root and black soy sauce (1,250 baht). The gourmet burger of wagyu beef and seared foie gras in charcoal bun with fries on the side is tempting as well (950 baht).
Prices above are not inclusive of service charge and VAT. Pebbles Bar & Grill is open from 17:00 to 23:00 on Fridays and Saturdays only (until normal business resumes). In the case that you happen to pass by the resort earlier in the afternoon, do check out their R Bar on the lobby level which offers a scenic view of the pool and the sea beyond.
