อีกครั้งที่แบรนด์นาฬิกา Blancpain สานสัมพันธ์กับแวดวงอาหารระดับไฟน์ไดนิ่ง

นับเป็นอีกก้าวสำคัญของ Blancpain แบรนด์นาฬิกาหรูแห่งสวิตเซอร์แลนด์กับการตอกย้ำถึงสัมพันธภาพของโลกแห่งช่างฝีมือประดิษฐ์นาฬิกาชั้นสูงกับโลกแห่งการรังสรรค์อาหารชั้นสูงด้วยการประกาศเป็นพันธมิตรกับ Michelin Guide เป็นเวลาสามปี เพื่อร่วมเฟ้นหาเชฟผู้มากความสามารถและเต็มไปด้วยพรสวรรค์ในการสร้างสรรค์อาหารระดับดาว Michelin ซึ่งในแต่ละปีจะมีการจัดงานกว่า 20 งานรวมถึงมีคู่มือแนะนำร้าน เพื่อเป็นเกียรติแก่วงการอาหารชั้นสูง จากเซี่ยงไฮ้ไปถึงปารีส นิวยอร์ค โตเกียว และในอีกหลายๆ ประเทศ

Setting another milestone, Swiss luxury watchmaker Blancpain is fortifying its relationship with the culinary world with its latest collaboration with Michelin Guide, bringing to the two worlds of fine craftsmanship a global partnership to last three years. This collaboration is intended to further promote and seek out talented chefs across the globe. It will involve more than 20 events and guides to celebrate haute cuisine in Shanghai, Paris, New York and Tokyo and many other cities.
Artisan craftsman showcase their tools of trade with the depth of precision, no different to a chef preparing a dish in the world of fine dining. At first glance, haute horlogerie and haute cuisine may be worlds apart, but since Blancplain launched its corporate magazine “Letrres du Brassus”, the shared characteristics of excellence and expertise were celebrated, bringing two worlds closer together. No stranger to the culinary world, Blancpain has held numerous precision-timed biennial cooking contests and is a partner of Relais & Châteaux.
Worn and adored by many famous celebrity chefs for more than three decades, the new collaboration with Michelin Guide shines the spotlight on the shared similarities between the two creative institutions. Expressing its identity through fine craftsmanship, the two discipline reflect its root of expertise and excellence, becoming the cornerstones of a prevailing legacy that incorporates the authenticity from the old and new world into the work of a masterpiece.
